Move download folder to flash on android

2 Open This PC in File Explorer (Win+E), right click on your Downloads folder, and click/tap on Properties. Scroll down to where it is written DCIM folder, you’ll see list of folders which includes camera. Tap on the camera folder and you’ll see your pictures which also includes videos in the folder. So all you need to do is to select the pictures you want to transfer from your android phone and copy or move them to your otg usb. I first create a folder in the sdcard0 (or sometimes the external sd card) main folder, then add the contents I want in there, then long press the new folder which brings up a menu that includes "move." Then it's just a matter of backing out and selecting the area where the new folder is needed.
